BalanceFit is a 10 week program and focuses on building strength and restoring your confidence. You will start by mastering the essential techniques for getting up from the floor, followed by exercises that target the muscles needed for functional movements, including balance workouts. A variety of methods will be utilised, such as body weight, resistance bands, free weights, and machine weights.
