After completing an initial assessment, you are welcome to join ForeverFit group class. This class is lead by an Exercise Physiologist in which you have a program prescribed especially for you. Your program will consist of aerobic, resistance, balance and stretching exercises to help keep you forever strong and fit.

BalanceFit is a program that focuses on building strength and restoring your confidence. You will start with exercises that target the muscles needed for functional movements, including balance workouts. A variety of methods will be utilised, such as body weight, resistance bands, free weights, and machine weights.
